消息面上，马可数字科技公布，配售最多1.55亿股新股，相当于扩大后股本16.67%；配售价0.53港元，较9月16日收报折让14.52%。集资总额8227万港元，估计所得净额8133万港元，拟用于平台发展与升级；建立及维持专门平台开发及维护团队；吸纳金融科技人才；委聘第三方服务提供商为平台开发及运营提供必要技术支持；及进行产品市场推广。
马可数字科技2024年中期业绩显示，该公司今年上半年期内取得收益6.13亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少30%；股东应占溢利133.9万元，同比减少96.73%。公司指，收益下跌主要由于集团业务方向的战略转变导致数字化零售及支付解决方案贸易业务销量下降，致使收入大幅减少。
