Chinasoft International (HKG:0354) partnered with Chengdu TD Tech to accelerate the development of a localized application ecosystem, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The tie-up will use Chinasoft's technical expertise and Chengdu TD's capabilities in the communications sector to develop industry operating systems, databases, and information innovation alternative solutions.
The parties will also work on implementation services and sales ecosystem, the disclosure said.
The software and IT company's shares closed 1% higher on Thursday.
