美国钢铁(X.US)美股盘前涨3.2%，报37.39美元。消息面上，美国钢铁CEO David Burritt表示，有信心新日铁计划斥资149亿美元收购美国钢铁的交易建议，最终会获得美国政府批准。较早时有美国媒体报道，负责审批的美国财政部旗下外国投资委员会(CFIUS)已经致函两间公司，表示基于国家安全考量，不批准有关收购交易。不过有传媒报道，两间公司向CFIUS提交长达100页的信件，反驳有关交易危及国家安全的指称。白宫暂时放缓公布审批决定。
