智通财经APP获悉，百德国际(02668)午后跌幅曾扩大逾18%，本月股价已累跌超七成。值得注意的是，百德国际在2023年11月最低点时股价仅为0.018港元，截至今年8月30日，该股股价收涨1.35港元，期间涨幅最高达74倍。截至发稿，跌15.38%，报0.385港元，成交额129.42万港元。
消息面上，香港证监最近曾就百德国际的股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示公司股权高度集中。该公司于今年9月4日，共有25名股东合共持有公司股份34.83亿股，相当于公司已发行股本的74.41%。有关股权连同由公司一名大股东持有的9.8亿股，占已发行股本的20.94%，相当于公司发行股本的95.35%。因此，该公司只有2.17亿股或已发行股本的4.65%由其他股东持有。
