消息面上，百德国际近日被香港证监会点名股权高度集中。值得注意的是，百德国际在2023年11月最低点时股价仅为0.018港元，截至今年8月30日，该股股价收涨1.35港元，期间涨幅最高达74倍。
另外，百德国际2024年中期业绩显示，该公司上半年实现收益3.785亿港元，同比增长约3.76倍；股东应占净亏损3680.8万港元，同比收窄50.33%；每股亏损0.79港仙。公告称，亏损减少主要由于供应链业务的应收贸易款项的预期信贷亏损大幅减少所致。
