终止参与本次重组交易不会对公司财务状况和经营情况产生不利影响，不存在损害公司及股东利益的情形。公司将继续加强与上游气源和下游大工业客户的沟通、协调和调度，保障气源的稳定供应，推动公司长期稳健发展，提升企业整体价值。
