KOP's (SGX:5I1) indirect 85%-owned unit, The Cranley Hotel (IOM), has been dissolved from the Companies Registry of the Isle of Man government, a Wednesday filing on the Singapore bourse said.
The real estate developer does not expect a substantial impact of the dissolution on its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.
