Moody's, Fitch Withdraw Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust's Ratings; Shares Fall 4%

Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (SGX:D5IU) said Moody's Investors Service has withdrawn its B3 corporate family rating and the Caa1-backed senior unsecured rating on the US dollar notes issued by its unit, LMIRT Capital, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The outlook on these ratings had previously been stable.

Fitch Ratings Singapore also plans to withdraw its ratings on LMIR Trust and the unsecured notes by Sept. 30 for commercial reasons. Fitch's ratings before the withdrawal were 'CCC+' for LMIR Trust's Long-Term Issuer Default Rating and 'CCC-' on the senior unsecured US dollar notes, with a Recovery Rating of 'RR6'.

Shares of the company fell 4% in recent trade.
