耐克表示公司老将Elliott Hill将接替John Donahoe出任首席执行官，寄希望此次领导层变动能帮助这家陷入困境的运动品牌重拾辉煌。

　　现年60岁的Hill最初于1988年加入耐克，并在2020年退休前担任消费者和市场总裁。他将于10月14日接任。64岁的Donahoe将于10月13日退休，并将在1月31日之前继续担任耐克的顾问。

　　耐克股价在纽约盘后一度上涨11%。截至周四收盘，该股今年累计下跌25%。

　　由于消费者对耐克的产品逐渐感到厌倦，这家体育用品公司的销售已经下挫。耐克在新兴运动品牌On和Hoka以及老牌竞争对手阿迪达斯面前逐步失去优势。

　　此前宣布的裁员2%和20亿美元的成本削减计划打击了士气，让员工质疑Donahoe是否有能力应对当前形势。自耐克去年12月下调营收展望并在6月警告新财年销售将不及预期以来，Donahoe一直处于尴尬境地。
