信置(00083.HK) 、中国海外(00688.HK) 、鹰君(00041.HK) 及华人置业(00127.HK) 组成的财团去年9月以53.5亿元投得的启德住宅用地，最近就2号地盘向城规会申请放宽建筑物高度限制，获规划署不反对。因此预计明天(20日)经城规会审议后，很大机会获会方批准申请。
2号地盘申请改划目前属于“综合发展区(4)”的地带，申请拟议综合发展作分层住宅、商店及服务行业及食肆，以及略为放宽建筑物高度限制。今次申请放宽限制，建筑物高度由125米增至129.035米，相当于约4.035米或约3.2%。住宅部分以地积6.5倍发展，以兴建1幢楼高35层，不包括3层地库的综合用途楼宇，提供约930伙，涉及可建总楼面约43.87方呎。(vc/k)
