由长实(01113.HK) 及港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的港岛南站住宅项目“Blue Coast II”共提供558伙。长江实业营业部首席经理郭子威指，该盘的一切销售工作已进入最后阶段，并计划短期内上载楼书。
长江实业营业部助理首席经理杨桂玲表示，项目的分层座数为第三座及第五座，共设31层，户型涵盖两房至四房。当中，两房涉279伙，实用面积由446至537平方呎，三房单位占217伙，实用面积介乎718至802平方呎，四房涉62伙，实用面积由1,181至1,267平方呎。
对于美国宣布减息50个基点，香港随即下调最优惠利率0.25厘。郭子威指，集团已加快销售步伐。
郭子威又提到，市场一直关注息口走向，并预期美国将进一步减息，料减息周期会持续一至两年。他预计，长远来说楼市将进入升浪。另外，美国货币政策逆转亦有利于中国内地，相信中国明年的经济会较今年良好，又料香港明年经济增长4至5%。减息后供楼变得更有优势，亦令买楼负担减少。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-09-19 12:25。)
