《星岛日报》引述消息人士报道,港府早前第四度批出规模相当于半个太古城的油塘湾商住项目的补地价金额,平均每方呎楼面补价较去年低出约35%至约3,900元,涉及金额逾159亿,但因金额偏高遭财团拒绝接纳并提出上诉。
