智通财经APP获悉，水泥股多数下跌，截至发稿，海螺水泥(00914)跌3.91%，报17.18港元；西部水泥(02233)跌2.27%，报0.86港元；华润建材科技(01313)跌2.01%，报1.46港元；华新水泥(06655)跌1.80%，报6.53港元。
消息面上，根据中国水泥协会《数字水泥》杂志统计，2024年上半年全国水泥价格同比下降51元/吨；2024年下半年，水泥价格延续下跌态势。中国水泥网数据显示，截至8月30日，全国水泥价格指数报收343.64点，环比下跌1.25%。分区域看，北方地区需求持续低迷，市场活力明显不足，少数区域推涨水泥价格，实际难以有效落实；南方地区下游施工有向好趋势，但恢复程度仍然偏慢，市场供需弱势平衡。总体上，水泥市场需求仍显疲弱，全国行情延续偏弱运行态势。
天风证券发布研报指出，24H1水泥板块收入/归母净利润分别为1279/3亿元，Yoy-24.1%/-96.2%，ROE为0.1%，同比下滑2.3pct，净利率同比-4.9pct达0.3%，主要受价格下滑较多拖累。24H1水泥均价约362元/吨，同比下滑64元/吨(-15%)，4月以来水泥行业开启复价，Q2水泥均价环比增长6元/吨达365元/吨，Q2净利率环比已由负转正，对未来水泥价格保持相对乐观。
