智通财经APP获悉，家电股早盘涨幅居前，截至发稿，海信家电(00921)涨7.4%，报21.2港元；海尔智家(06690)涨4.49%，报24.45港元；美的集团(00300)涨3.3%，报61.05港元；VESYNC(02148)涨1.99%，报4.11港元。
消息面上，全国大部分省市均已出台家电以旧换新政策实施方案。截至9月17日，全国已有约30个省市自治区发布家电以旧换新细则，对具体补贴品类及幅度、实施方式等做出具体规定，其中绝大部分已经开始实施。国信证券指出，8月家电零售止跌回升，白电线上线下零售表现回暖；以旧换新政策效果有望逐步得到释放，拉动我国家电需求；家电8月出口额增长12%，外销延续良好增长。
光大证券指出，白电业绩稳健，股息率高，配置价值凸显。白电龙头的业绩增长由多因素决定（更新需求、利润留存、海外业务、产品升级），房地产竣工对于业绩的影响有限；白电龙头的动态股息率在5%以上，明显高于10年期美债/中债收益率，当前对内外资的吸引力都较强，持续看好白电龙头估值修复。
