智通财经APP讯，中国天化工(00362)公布，于2024年9月20日，该公司与公司的配售代理竞富证券金融有限公司共同友好同意终止日期为2024年8月22日的有关公司先前根据特别授权配售新股份的配售协议。
同日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，拟透过配售代理以配售价每股配售股份0.1港元促使不少于六名承配人认购最多6亿股配售股份，占扩大后股本约30.74%，配售价较2024年9月20日收市价每股0.088港元溢价约13.64%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，净筹约5790万港元，5000万港元用于偿还集团的债务及利息开支，及790万港元用作集团 的一般营运资金。
