【上海住房以旧换新已订购超400套 后续将扩大参与主体、提供创新金融产品】金十数据9月20日讯，上海易居房地产研究院、上海市房地产行业协会、上海市房地产经纪行业协会共同召开《关于新形势下进一步推进商品住房“以旧换新”工作的研究报告》课题评审会。上海房地产行业协会秘书长蒋慰如介绍，上海已参加的27个楼盘，自活动启动以来，已形成406套的订购，占案场成交约20%。他表示，下一步的工作重点主要有三方面：一是扩大参与主体，银行等金融机构将积极参与，提供创新金融产品、专属服务通道；二是乐居换新购平台升级2.0模式，优化“帮卖模式”，推动“全城推、优先卖”。三是目前已在闵行开展专场活动，接下来将在各区陆续落地，让住房“以旧换新”深入各区。协会将协同行业力量促进房企、经纪机构、金融机构、换房人、平台之间的联动，推动形成这一新形势下交易新模式。
