智通财经APP讯，爱帝宫(00286)发布公告，公司收到全资附属公司广东万佳健康产业集团有限公司(广东万佳)的通知，因经营管理需求以及加强企业管治：广东万佳与艾玛资本(香港)投资有限公司(艾玛资本)(深圳爱帝宫母婴健康管理有限公司(深圳爱帝宫)的少数股东) 已共同作出股东会决议，将附属公司深圳爱帝宫的法定代表人由朱昱霏变更为王爱儿，朱昱霏仍担任公司月子业务的全职管理职务;及艾玛资本为进一步了解深圳爱帝宫的经营情况，依据【中华人民共和国公司法】的规定，提出委托第三方中介机构对深圳爱帝宫查阅财务会计报告等相关材料(财务查阅)的提案，经深圳爱帝宫的全体股东一致决定同意对深圳爱帝宫启动财务查阅。
公告称，本次全资附属公司法定代表人变更及财务查阅是基于经营管理的需要，不会对集团的业务经营产生任何影响。
