9月20日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局贵州监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，贵州银行股份有限公司修文支行因贷款管理不到位，被国家金融监督管理总局贵州监管局罚款30万元；

　　徐智（时任贵州银行股份有限公司修文支行副行长）对贵州银行股份有限公司修文支行贷款管理不到位事项负有责任，被罚款5万元。
