金吾财讯 | 天能动力(00819)股价发力，截至发稿，涨4.66%，报7.18港元，成交额2969万港元。另外，比亚迪电子(00285)涨5.2%，赣锋锂业(01772)跟涨。消息面上，日前，国家交通运输部等十部门印发《关于加快提升新能源汽车动力锂电池运输服务和安全保障能力的若干措施》提出，培育动力锂电池运输龙头企业。组织开展动力锂电池运输龙头企业培育行动，支持运输企业对标国际一流，积极拓展动力锂电池国际供应链服务，整合海外运输、仓储等物流资源，提升动力锂电池国际供应链服务保障能力。中信证券发布研报称，24Q2锂价回暖，推动海外锂矿供应环比回升；南美盐湖提锂企业24Q2产量同比增长，业绩环比回升。9月份国内碳酸锂期货价格跌破7万元/吨，导致全球锂资源供应加速出清，该行下调2024年供应增量预测。8月国内锂盐产量下滑叠加正极材料产量增长，预计锂盐库存拐点即将到来，锂价下行空间有限。中信证券预计，随着锂价跌至低位，市场对锂行业触底的预期将随之增强，锂行业股票的关注度有望升温。
