Bapcor (ASX:BAP) agreed to sell its diesel fuel injection and turbo aftermarket sales and service business MTQ Engine Systems for an undisclosed price, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The vehicle parts provider expects to complete the deal in the first half of fiscal 2025 as it looks to simplify its business, reset its cost base, and exit non-core businesses, the filing stated.
