智通财经APP获悉，耐克(NKE.US)周四宣布，前高管Elliott Hill将重新加入公司，接替John Donahoe担任总裁兼首席执行官。这家运动服装巨头正在重组高层，努力重振销售，应对日益激烈的竞争。
Hill在耐克工作了32年，在欧洲和北美地区担任高级领导职务，负责帮助公司业务增长到390亿美元以上。Hill在2020年退休之前，曾担任耐克消费者市场总裁，领导耐克品牌的所有商业和市场运营。
该公司补充说，希尔还将成为耐克董事会董事和执行委员会成员。
此次过渡之际，John Donahoe决定自 10 月 13 日起退休，不再担任总裁兼首席执行官以及公司董事会成员。Donahoe将担任顾问至 1 月底。
耐克公司执行董事长Mark Parker表示：“考虑到我们未来的需求、过去的业务表现，并在经过深思熟虑的继任流程后，董事会得出结论，Hill的全球专业知识、领导风格以及对我们行业和合作伙伴的深刻理解，加上他对体育、我们的品牌、产品、消费者、运动员和员工的热情，使他成为领导耐克下一阶段增长的合适人选。”
6月初，耐克的销售额和第一财季业绩预期均不及预期，引发分析师对北美消费需求、宏观因素以及竞争影响的担忧。
今年迄今为止，该公司股价已下跌逾 24%，而标准普尔 500 指数则上涨逾 19%。
