Macro Metals (ASX:M4M) found further surface hematite mineralization following the second phase of mapping and rock chip sampling at Goldsworthy East in Western Australia, according to a Friday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
Field work extended the southern target area's strike length by 650 meters to the east, while remaining open to the west, the filing said.
A systematic mapping program will start in late September to explore the mineralization potential along strike to the west, according to the filing.
Shares fell 5% in midday trade on Friday.
