消息面上，近日，康宁杰瑞制药-B发布公告，在澳洲进行的JSKN003治疗晚期/转移性实体瘤患者的I期临床研究，及在内地进行的JSKN003治疗晚期实体瘤患者的I/II期临床研究的最新成果已于2024年ESMO大会壁报展示期间发布。结论是JSKN003表现出良好的耐受性及安全性，胃肠道毒性和血液毒性的发生率较低，在经多线治疗的PROC患者中显示出令人鼓舞的疗效。
据介绍，JSKN003-101为一项于澳大利亚晚期/转移性实体瘤患者中开展的首次人体、开放性标签和多中心的I期临床研究，分为剂量递增阶段和剂量扩展阶段。 JSKN003-102为一项于中国晚期实体瘤患者中开展的I期(剂量递增及剂量扩展)及II期(队列扩展)临床研究。
