高盛发布研报称，予万国数据-SW“买入”评级，目标价升至23.4港元。最近看到中国IDC(网络数据中心)营运商次季业绩反映需求复苏迹象。在Gen-AI和GPU相关资本支出的推动下，中国以批发型业务为主的IDC营运商正进入需求上升周期，这些资本支出来自云端超大型企业、顶级互联网公司和AI初创公司。该行表示，公司仍是其行业首选，相信公司的定位最能捕捉上述需求上升，认为需求上升周期创造估值上升空间。
野村发布研究报告指出，万国数据-SW在寻求中国市场去杠杆化的同时，东南亚市场的供需双方都面临更多机会。对于东南亚市场业务，万国数据目前手头产能约800MW，其中柔佛州达700MW，同时已售出约400MV。
