智通财经APP获悉，百德国际(02668)盘初一度挫逾9%，截至发稿，跌3.3%，报0.44港元，成交额56.68万港元。
消息面上，香港证监会公布，最近曾就百德国际的股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示，公司于今年9月4日，共有25名股东合共持有公司股份34.83亿股，相当于公司已发行股本的74.41%。有关股权连同由公司一名大股东持有之9.8亿股，占已发行股本的20.94%，相当于公司发行股本的95.35%。因此，该公司只有2.17亿股或已发行股本的4.65%由其他股东持有。
公告指出，鉴于股权高度集中于数目不多之股东，即使少量股份成交，该公司之股份价格亦可能大幅波动，股东及有意投资者于买卖该公司股份时务请审慎行事。值得注意的是，百德国际在2023年11月最低点时股价仅为0.018港元，截至今年8月30日，该股股价收涨1.35港元，期间涨幅高达74倍。不过，该股本月持续下挫，截至昨日收盘，月内累跌超六成。
