云游控股(00484.HK) 公布，旗下间接全资附属公司Foga Investment Limited就进行证券及期货条例项下第4类(就证券提供意见)及第9类(资产管理)受规管活动牌照申请，于上周五(13日)接获香港证监会的批文。惟须受限于相关持牌条件，即Foga Investment不得持有客户资产(定义见证券及期货条例)，以及仅可向专业投资者(定义见证券及期货条例及其附属法例)提供服务。
云游控股表示，于取得牌照后，Foga Investment将能够向专业投资者提供受规管金融服务，进一步扩大集团的业务范围，与集团多元化的业务发展策略一致，并符合公司及股东的最佳利益。
董事会相信，取得牌照将有助发展集团金融服务业务及稳定收入。(js/w)
