Chongqing Iron & Steel's (HKG:1053, SHA:601005) board of directors elected Wang Huxiang as chairman, according to a Friday disclosure on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Wang served as a director of the Chinese steelmaker, the disclosure added.
