消息面上，近日，国家交通运输部等十部门印发《关于加快提升新能源汽车动力锂电池运输服务和安全保障能力的若干措施》提出，培育动力锂电池运输龙头企业。组织开展动力锂电池运输龙头企业培育行动，支持运输企业对标国际一流，积极拓展动力锂电池国际供应链服务，整合海外运输、仓储等物流资源，提升动力锂电池国际供应链服务保障能力。
同时提出，加快推进动力锂电池铁路运输加强锂电池行业规范管理。研究制定新能源汽车动力锂电池铁路安全运输条件。在具备条件的场站开展动力锂电池铁路试运，并研究推进动力锂电池国际铁路联运。
