英皇钟表珠宝(00887.HK) 公布，旗下间接全资附属公司英皇钟表珠宝(香港)于今日(24日)，与上海商业银行就订立物业租赁意向书。
根据意向书，英皇钟表珠宝(香港)向上海商业银行租赁中环皇后大道中12号上海商业银行大厦地下A号铺、一楼整层及地下储物室，物业将用作经营新旗舰店，租期自2025年3月3日起至2030年3月2日止，为期五年，租金总额约9,120万元(不包括管理费、差饷、地租及水电费)。
英皇钟表珠宝表示，签立租赁意向书为集团扩展零售网络的契机，符合集团的整体业务发展方向。(js/u)
