金吾财讯 | 汽车经销商普升，中升控股(00881)涨4.2%，正通汽车(01728)涨3.77%，美东汽车(01268)涨3.31%，百得利控股(06909)涨1.96%。据商务部披露，截至22日12时，汽车以旧换新信息平台累计登记注册用户数超164万个，收到汽车报废更新补贴申请超110万份。汽车以旧换新稳步有序推进，带动新能源车等汽车销量增长。乘联分会数据显示，9月1日到15日，全国新能源乘用车零售44.5万辆，同比增长63%。国信证券表示，以旧换新政策实施以来（尤其是7月底力度加强后）刺激效果显著，5月-7月日均换新不到1万辆，8月以来日均换新1万-2万。今年月度上险数据同比表现从7月回正，8月增速持续攀升（8月前四周乘用车销量分别40.33/40.38/45.69/50.2万辆，环比走强），该行看好以旧换新叠加金九银十销量刺激，Q3汽车市场整体销量向好。结合中汽协预估，该行预计2024年乘用车批发（含出口）销量增速预期提振至4%。
