智通财经APP注意到，Uranium Energy(UEC.US)周一盘前上涨 2.3% ，此前该公司表示同意以 1.75 亿美元收购力拓(RIO.US) 在怀俄明州的铀生产资产，包括其获得完全许可的 Sweetwater 工厂和一系列采矿项目。截至发稿，该公司涨2.53%，报5.68美元。
Uranium Energy表示，这笔交易将使其能够释放该公司在怀俄明州大分水岭盆地投资组合的开发潜力，增加 1.75 亿磅历史资源，并在其纯铀业务中创建第三个美国枢纽辐射式生产平台。
加上Uranium Energy在大分水岭盆地现有的 54,615 英亩采矿权，此次收购将建立一个约 108,000 英亩的采矿和勘探前景组合。
