中国油气控股(00702.HK) 早前表示，香港法院已驳回公司对其驳回公司要求批准债权人计划的呈请的决定而提出的上诉，由于债权人计划的批准是认购事项、收购所收购 Crescent Spring 债券和债权人计划的先决条件，在香港法院驳回公司的上诉后，上述各项将不再得以实现，而互为条件的重组交易及清洗豁免亦不能再继续进行。
目前，该等投资者正在准备签署相关文件以终止重组文件，当该等文件完成签署后，包括增加法定股本、授予认购期权及认沽期权、收购所收购Crescent Spring债券、配售事项及债权人计划等重组交易，以及清洗豁免申请及特别交易将立即终止。(gc/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
