北京能源国际(00686.HK) 公布，旗下全资附属公司北京京能于上周五(20日)，与汇天网络、杨美玲及孙建修订立意向金支付协议。
据悉，北京京能同意支付5亿元人民币可退还意向金，以促进北京京能与汇天网络就建议收购事项继续进行协商，并为取得收购目标资产之专营权，以于汇天网络科技IDC产业园开发及营运智算及数据中心。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
