新火科技控股(01611.HK) 公布，本月13日收到英格兰和威尔士高等法院的命令，内容有关申索人针对多名指定及未指定被告提出的申索，要求新火科技控股作为第四被告，向申索人交付最高限额43.0717024比特币(相当于约2,020.28万港元)，或相当于193.61万英镑及1,167.093718以太币，或相当于252.61万英镑至指定钱包地址。
公司指，英国诉讼最初由申索人针对Huobi Global Limited提起，随后进行修订，将Huobi Global Limited替换为新火科技控股作为第四被告。截至上周五(20日)，公司尚未收到英国诉讼的申索详情，因此并不知悉该申索详情。
另外，新火科技控股已委聘英国法律顾问评估有关情况并考虑可能的选择。经考虑公司提供之资料及文件后，英国法律顾问认为针对公司提出之英国诉讼证据不足，且公司有很大机会成功撤销英国命令。(js/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
