智通财经APP获悉，万国黄金集团(03939)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.49%，报9.85港元，成交额817.36万港元。
消息面上，万国黄金集团公布，向紫金矿业的全资子公司金山(香港)国际矿业配售1.66亿股，占扩大后股本约15.28%，每股作价8.33港元，较9月20日收市价9.25港元折让约9.95%。公司指，配售事项预计净集资约13.79亿港元，其中50%拟用作有关所罗门群岛金岭矿勘探及开发项目之拨款，及余下50%所得款项净额将用作一般营运资金。
民生证券研报指出，公司拥有江西宜丰新庄铜多金属矿、所罗门群岛金岭金矿和西藏哇了格铅银矿三座矿山，并且资源储量丰富。公司宜丰矿稳定贡献利润，金岭金矿持续爬坡，未来地下矿扩产潜力较大，哇了格铅银矿探转采持续推进。叠加铜金价格景气向上，迎来量价齐升。
