新浪科技讯 9月24日下午消息，近日有用户向媒体表示，通过京东搜索“回收”二字，并在搜到的“爱回收”平台回收旧电脑，物品寄走后该用户较长时间未关注到消息，之后发现物品已经被平台处理，并给出了一个物品“处理价”，该用户认为“爱回收”凌晨发出的提醒短信存在诡异问题，因为其寄出时该物品单号为SF0000000000000，并认为平台给出的物品处理价并不合理。他表示爱回收出现在京东搜索的第一个，但目前给到的处理方式并不让人满意，认为爱回收“想要牌子和名声但不想担责任”。

　　新浪科技就此求证爱回收客服，对方表示：质检完成后一般会有【短信】通知。质检结果与下单一致或高于提交的估价 直接放款；低于预估，有差异，可联系催促专员回电沟通，最终可选择交易或退回。退回时平台承担运费。 交易成功不支持退货。

　　客服还表示，如果质检完成低于估价，但客户长时间没联系平台，到时平台可能会处理掉物品。这种过期订单 一般是可以按照 质检价格给到客户。但被问及如果用户不同意质检价格怎么办，客服表示，这需要提供下单手机号进行查询。（罗宁）
