智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)公布，于2024年9月23日，公司与目标公司Highfield Resources Limited订立股权认购协议，该公司拟认购目标公司经发行认购股份扩大后已发行股本约6.6%。每股认购股份0.5澳元，
据悉，目标公司为一间于澳洲注册成立的有限责任公司，其股份于澳交所上市(澳交所代号：HFR)。目标公司主要于西班牙从事矿产勘探及钾肥矿开发，包括推进其核心项目Muga项目。
董事会认为，认购事项与集团的投资策略一致。其将进一步加强集团于西班牙以及矿业、高端化工、电力、新能源材料及高端装备制造领域的版图。集团认为认购事项乃一个可将其业务扩展到具有吸引力的业务领域并同时实现与其现有业务的协同效应的独特机会。
