智通财经APP讯，创联控股(02371)发布公告，与截至2022年12月31日止十二个月的溢利净额约人民币1088.4万元相比，集团预期将于截至2024年6月30日止18个月取得亏损净额不少于约人民币7000万元。
集团于报告期间的业绩预期由盈转亏主要归因于以下因素的综合影响：教育咨询以及网络培训和教育服务分部截至2024年6月30日止18个月的分部业绩与相应期间的分部溢利约人民币3737.1万元相比预期取得亏损，乃主要由于网络培训和教育服务收入(具较高毛利率)减少、推广现场培训服务的费用增加及补偿收入减少约人民币2200万元;及于2022年12月出售若干附属公司后，融资租赁服务的溢利贡献减少约人民币700万元。
