智通财经APP获悉，中国奥园(03883)高开逾14%，截至发稿，涨14.29%，报0.136港元，成交额3.43万港元。
消息面上，中国奥园公布引入战略投资者。公告显示，主要股东Ace Rise同意转让约6.2亿股本公司普通股予Multi Gold。据悉，转让事项完成后，Ace Rise及Multi Gold将拥有公司约5.02亿股及约6.2亿股股份的权益，分别占中国奥园于公告日期全部已发行股本的约13.31%及16.48%。中国奥园创始人郭梓文持有公司股份降至约6.18亿股，占中国奥园全部已发行股本约16.38%。Multi Gold将成为公司单一最大股东。
据悉，Multi Gold Group是阿联酋的专业投资机构，管理人架构中也有阿联酋颇具影响力的本地家族成员参与。中国奥园公告表示，Multi Gold战略进驻后，将加强及改善集团管理层工作，并确保其管理团队稳定，为中国奥园后续战略发展和日常运营提供全方面支持。
