金融界9月23日消息，据公开的2024年中期报告，汇鑫小贷在过去的六个月中，已完全遵守所有相关的主要法定资本规定及借贷限制，包括小额贷款公司对同一借款人的贷款余额不得超过相关小额贷款公司资本净额的10%以及小额贷款公司不得向其本身的股东、董事、高级管理层及其关联方授出贷款等规定。此外，该公司对单一借款人授出未偿还贷款的余额与未偿还贷款余额总额的比率也未低于70%。
