股价一度涨超147％！中国奥园获中东投资机构入主
【大河财立方消息】9月23日，港股中国奥园开盘后股价大涨，盘中一度涨逾147％，截至发稿，中国奥园涨122.69％，报0.265港元每股。
消息面上，9月20日，中国奥园公告称，Multi Gold Group Limited（以下简称“Multi Gold”）成为公司新的战略投资方，其唯一董事兼最终实益拥有人Alobeidli将进入董事局获取董事局主席席位。
公告提到，中国奥园从其主要股东Ace Rise Profits Limited（以下简称“Ace Rise”）处获悉，9月20日，Ace Rise与Multi Gold订立了一份协议，Ace Rise同意转让约6.22亿股股份予Multi Gold。转让事项完成后，Ace Rise及Multi Gold分别拥有中国奥园约5.02亿股及6.22亿股股份，分别占中国奥园全部已发行股本的约13.31%及16.48%。
转让事项完成后，Multi Gold将成为中国奥园的单一最大股东，郭梓文将不再担任奥园的控股股东。
