恒生银行(00011.HK) 表示，近日为其士集团安排首笔绿色及社会责任贷款，总值1亿元，已获香港品质保证局评定为符合《绿色贷款原则》及《社会责任贷款原则》要求。
该贷款将用以支持其士集团成员联营公司所承接的首批简约公屋工程合约，涵盖元朗攸壆路、屯门第3A区及牛头角彩兴路共三个简约公屋项目，当中设计和建筑将融入绿色居住环境、高能源和用水效益等特点。该批简约公屋落成后将达至绿建环评室内建筑(住宅)的优良至卓越级别，提供超过6,300个单位及配套设施，预期有助于纾解香港住屋需要。
恒生银行商业银行业务总监李秀怡表示，其士集团是恒生的长期业务伙伴，很高兴可以为其提供首笔绿色及社会责任贷款，亦进一步突显双方在推广和共建可持续生活的共同理念。其士集团主席兼董事总经理郭海生透露，在简约公屋项目中将引入组装合成(MiC)技术，从而提高工程速度、效率和产量。(gc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-09-24 16:25。)
