智通财经APP获悉，基建股尾盘涨幅扩大，截至发稿，中国交通建设(01800)涨5.45%，报4.26港元；中国中铁(00390)涨4.01%，报3.37港元；中国铁建(01186)涨3.79%，报4.66港元；中国中车(01766)涨3.49%，报4.75港元。
消息面上，国务院新闻办早间举行新闻发布会，央行表示将推出“组合拳”，包括下调存款准备金率、创设新的货币政策工具支持股票市场稳定发展等。华创金融团队认为，降准配合降息配合存量按揭利率调整落地，政策力度、节奏超预期。
中信证券认为，今年以来，整体建筑业规模承压，基建投资在经济增长中发挥重要作用，地方政府专项+中长期特别国债等资金后续发行后或将缓解行业压力。展望后续，国内基建投资仍将成为经济增长的主要发力点，建筑央国企总体更具稳定性，部分细分领域企业发展机遇凸显，海外以中东、东南亚为代表的建筑市场有望持续实现快速增长。
