金吾财讯 | 钢铁股走高，鞍钢股份(00347)涨5.5%，重庆钢铁股份(01053)涨4.92%，马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)涨3.26%，天工国际(00826)涨2.92%。国泰君安表示，钢铁需求有望逐步企稳。地产经过两年下行，需求占比已降至20%以下，该行预期地产对钢铁的负向拖拽将逐步下降。基建仍有望发挥托底作用，需求仍有一定支撑。制造业维持稳步增长态势，有望对冲地产端用钢需求下行。出口方面，2024年1-8月累计出口钢材7058万吨，同比增长20.60%，出口保持较好水平。总体来看，该行预期需求有望逐步企稳见底。该行指，2024年9月20日247家钢企盈利率为9.96%，较8月23日的最低点已回升8.66个百分点。展望来看，考虑需求偏弱负反馈导致供给出现更明显的收缩，将缓解原材料端的压力，该行预期行业利润有望继续逐步修复。板块目前处于底部区域，看好行业需求改善与供给重塑，行业龙头竞争优势逐步提高。
