金融界9月23日消息，中国油气控股全资附属公司陕西兆银融资租赁有限公司（兆银融资）于2024年上半年，其主要外部客户为二级甲等或以上公立医院，期间的业务收入为801,000港元。截至2024年6月30日，中国油气控股的负债净值约为309,000,000港元，总资产值约为3,582,000,000港元，基于资产总值的负债比例约为58.3%。同期，中国油气控股面临流动负债净值的问题，主要来自于重大的财务压力，包括Crescent Spring Investment Holdings Limited所持有的已逾期的可换股票据（本金及逾期利息约为2,182,000,000港元）以及无抵押企业债券（本金及逾期利息约为457,000,000港元）。此外，于2022年8月17日，一名企业债券持有者提交了清盘呈请，要求对中国油气控股进行清盘，指称未付金额合计约10,216,000港元。
