智通财经APP讯，英皇钟表珠宝(00887)发布公告，于2024年9月24日，租户(英皇钟表珠宝(香港)有限公司)与业主(上海商业银行有限公司)就物业的租赁订立意向书。
租期自2025年3月3日起至2030年3月2日止(包括首尾两天)，为期五年，涵盖意向书项下整个租期的租金总额约为9120万港元，不包括管理费、差饷、地租及水电费。
据悉，该物业位于中国香港中环皇后大道中12号上海商业银行大厦地下A号铺、一楼整层及地下储物室。
