Aster DM Healthcare Plans to Set Up New Hospital in Hyderabad, India with INR2.2 Billion Investment

Sri Sainatha Multispecialty Hospitals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aster DM Healthcare (NSE:ASTERDM, BOM:540975), has entered into a lease agreement with Aparna Constructions and Estates to set up a new hospital in Hyderabad, India, with an investment of 2.20 billion Indian rupees.

The new women and child hospital in Hyderabad will have 275 to 300 beds, and will be set up in two phases, according to a Sunday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The first phase of the hospital is expected to be completed and functional by the mid of financial year 2025-2026.
