智通财经APP获悉，中国奥园(03883)昨日暴涨127%，今日早盘再涨超30%。截至发稿，涨18.52%，报0.32港元，成交额2696.86万港元。
中国奥园公布引入战略投资者。主要股东Ace Rise向Multi Gold转让6.21亿股持股。完成后，Multi Gold将成为公司单一最大股东，持股16.48%；Ace Rise持股降至13.31%。据悉，Multi Gold Group是阿联酋的专业投资机构，管理人架构中也有阿联酋颇具影响力的本地家族成员参与。
公告表示，Multi Gold唯一董事及最终实益拥有人Alobeidli获委任为非执行董事及董事会主席；郭先生已由执行董事调任为非执行董事，并不再担任董事会主席、提名委员会主席及授权代表，即日生效。
