金吾财讯 | 中国奥园(03883)盘初股价飙升，截至发稿，涨80.67%，报0.215港元，成交额382.82万港元。公司宣布，主要股东Ace Rise Profits Limited与中东投资集团Multi Gold Group Limited订立一份协议，据此，Ace Rise 同意转让621,728,877股普通股予 Multi Gold 。紧接转让事项完成后，Ace Rise 及 Multi Gold 将拥有该公司502,232,123股及621,728,877股股份的权益，分别占全部已发行股本约13.31%及16.48%。紧接转让事项完成后，Multi Gold将成为该公司的单一最大股东，而郭梓文将不再担任该公司控股股东。于引入Multi Gold作为“战略投资者”后，自9月20日(周五)起，郭梓文已由执行董事调任为非执行董事，并不再担任董事会主席、提名委员会主席等，Alobeidli 获委任为非执行董事及董事会主席。
