金吾财讯 | 海丰国际(01308)公布，间接全资附属公司海南海丰航运向山东海丰航运出售船舶，即一艘907个标准箱的集装箱船，代价为550万美元（约4297万港元）。买方为青岛海丰的全资附属公司，青岛海丰由刘荣丽女士间接拥有43.85%权益，刘荣丽女士为公司前董事及控股股东杨绍鹏先生的配偶及非执行董事杨馨女士的母亲。出售事项所得款项现拟用作公司的一般营运资金。
